Notes on setting up and using the hudl technique app

Finding the app: In the app store please make sure to download and open hudl technique; hudl offers several different apps. Please be sure to pick the right app! Thanks.

Setup: You will be asked some questions when you first open the app. You will be prompted to say whether you are a coach or not, and what sport. Your answers don’t matter — they will never come into play in our interactions.

Recording and sharing videos: 

1. After setup, you will see a record button at the bottom of your screen. Hit the record button and grant access to the microphone and camera.
2. Record your video, and hit Done on the top right corner of the screen.
3. Be sure to fill in “Who’s in this video?”
4. Skip “Post to Community” and “My Team” and hit Save Video
5. Tap on the video and choose share. This will give you the option to share via email. Please use this option to send to margyverba@hotmail.com
6. Hudl works best if you allow the video to upload before recording another video.
